Rice patties II

Ingredients for 9 servings:

  • 160 g brown rice
  • 200 g leek, frozen
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 20 black olives in brine, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ground blue fenugreek
  • 20 peppercorns, grind
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tsp herbal salt
  • 100 g buckwheat, ground, for binding
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free

Cook the rice! Mix everything from brown rice to herb salt well, then stir in the buckwheat. Form patties with wet hands and fry in hot oil, reducing the heat slightly, on both sides. Note: If using fresh leeks, you may need to add a little more water. My own recipe.
