Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 250 g rice (long grain rice)
- 250 g mayonnaise (good salad mayonnaise)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 onions
- 1 small bell pepper(s), red
- 1 small bell pepper(s), green
- 250 g smoked pork, depending on your taste – 500 g
- 2 cans of tangerine(s)
- 1 small can of pineapple
Instructions

Grill or party salad
Bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook rice according to the package instructions. Let cool. Pour the mandarin oranges into a sieve and drain. Drain the pineapple, drain, and cut into small cubes. Finely dice the smoked pork. Wash the bell peppers, cut them open, and remove the white pith. Cut or dice them into thin strips. Finely chop the onions. Mix the mayonnaise with the sugar and soy sauce. Add the rice and other ingredients and stir in. Let it marinate well.
