Spaghetti salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 100g salami
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1 small can of peas, very fine
  • 2 gherkins
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Vinegar
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Grill and party salad

Break the spaghetti into short pieces, cook al dente, drain, and refresh in cold water. Cut the semi-hard cheese and salami into thin strips. Drain the mushrooms, drain well, and slice thinly. Drain the peas. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled and let cool. Dice the eggs and gherkins. Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, and a little vinegar. Finely chop the chives and stir in. Add the ingredients to the salad dressing and fold in. Let it marinate for a while.
