Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 ½ kg roast pork (schnitzel meat, upper shell)
- Spice mix for gyros
- Oil or melted butter for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Season the roast, baste with melted butter (or rub in the seasoning with oil); roast uncovered in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes, then let it rest in the turned-off oven for 10 minutes. Totally simple, but wonderfully tender!
