Roast pork studded with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g roast pork (neck or shank)
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the roast and pat dry. Peel and quarter the garlic. Use a knife to make slits in the meat and insert the garlic into the slits. Rub the roast with mustard and season with salt and pepper. Roast in an ovenproof dish preheated to 180°C for 1 1/2 hours. Tip: I always make a little extra, as the roast tastes delicious cold too!
