- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 pinch of sweet paprika powder
- 1 some coriander
- 1 some caraway powder
- 2 large onions, sliced

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 10 minutes
Pork neck pickled for grilling
Have the steaks run through the butcher’s steak grinder. Season with the seasoning mix and place in a bowl with two large, sliced onions. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 days.
