Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml water
  • 150 ml milk, e.g. 1.5% fat
  • 2 tbsp fruit tea (rooibos tea) or 2 tea bags
  • n. B. Vanilla flavor
  • e.g. cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Sugar-free and also vegan

Bring the water to a boil and pour the tea into a tea strainer. Pour the water through the strainer into a teapot and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, pour the milk into the milk frother and start it. Alternatively, simply heat the milk and froth it with a hand blender. Pour the frothed milk into two glasses (300 ml each) and pour over the brewed tea. The drink also tastes delicious with soy or almond milk. If desired, the milk can be flavored with vanilla and cinnamon before frothing. 65 kcal per serving.
