Bake the frozen rosti corners according to the instructions in a preheated oven at approximately 160°C fan-assisted (approx. 180°C top/bottom heat) for approximately 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve the finished rosti corners with herb quark and smoked salmon. This is a very simple dish and, with the frozen rosti corners, an alternative to homemade potato pancakes, so your kitchen won’t smell of grease for days.
