Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

perfect for grilling!

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand blender until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Letting it sit for a while will intensify the flavor even further. Perfect for grilling.
