Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • Mayonnaise, homemade
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

like my mom does

Hard-boil 10 eggs. Then let them cool, peel them, and halve them. Carefully remove each egg yolk and place it in a bowl, then mash it. Arrange the egg white halves on an egg tray. Mix the egg yolk with homemade mayonnaise until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and pipe the mixture into the egg halves using a piping bag. Refrigerate thoroughly until ready to serve.
