Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 5 tbsp tomato paste
  • ¼ liter meat broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ liter sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious with pasta and rice

Peel and chop the onions, then sauté them in a large pot with oil and butter. Add the minced meat and fry until lightly browned. Slice the leek into rings, wash it, and add it to the minced meat along with the tomato paste, meat broth, mustard, and seasoning. Sauté over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the sour cream just before the end of the cooking time. Goes well with pasta and rice.
