Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 slices rye bread, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- some marjoram
- some parsley
- some chives
- 1 tbsp cream
- 4 Vienna sausages
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the rye bread slices and toast them in melted butter in a pan. Add the garlic, marjoram, and vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Slice the Vienna sausages and add them to the pan. Garnish with chives, parsley, and cream before serving.
