Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 150 g chocolate
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Jam, (apricot jam)
  • n. B. chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chocolate muffins with apricot jam filling, for 14 muffins

Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. When the eggs are frothy, stir in the softened butter. Melt the chocolate and add it to the mixture. Mix the flour with the baking powder and then fold it into the batter, spoonful by spoonful. Prepare muffin tins and fill them just enough with the chocolate mixture. Then add half a teaspoon of apricot jam to the mixture. Fill the muffins halfway with the chocolate mixture and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. If desired, you can then glaze them with chocolate.
