Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 125 g butter, soft
- 1 bunch of sage
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
tastes good with grilled food or potatoes
Roughly chop the sage leaves. Mix the sage with butter and salt. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate.
