Salad – Beetroot Salad
The perfect salad – beetroot salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salad dressing:
- 250 ml Buttermilk
- 4 tablespoon Yogurt
- 1 pinch Lemon pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cream of horseradish
- 1 diced Red onion
- 1 tablespoon Finely chopped parsley
Ingredients for the salad:
- 50 g Diced sheep cheese
- 2 piece Cooked, diced beetroot
- 200 g Diced cucumber
- 50 g Diced leek
- 2 quartered Hard-Boiled eggs

- Make the salad sauce and season well.
Ingredients for the salad
- Mix all ingredients together and pour the salad sauce over them. Then put the finished salad in the fridge for at least an hour. Mix together again before serving, season if necessary and decorate with the quartered eggs. – Good Appetite –
