Ingredients
 

Dressing:

  • 1 bunch Arugula
  • 20 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 tsp Honey liquid
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pumpkin seeds fresh

Instructions
 

  • Roast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without fat, clean the rocket and arrange on a plate
  • For the dressing, put all the ingredients in a tall container and mix everything well with a magic wand, then pour over the rocket and top with the burrata.
