Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of bread (multigrain bread)
- 250 g cream cheese (low-fat)
- 250 g salmon (smoked salmon)
- 8 lettuce leaves (head lettuce)
- 1 small onion(s)
- sprig(s) of dill
- possibly lemon(s), wedges
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese. Then top with salmon and lettuce leaves. Peel the onion, slice it into thin rings, and scatter it on the bread. Rinse the dill, shake it dry, and garnish the bread with it. If desired, place a lemon wedge on each slice of bread for decoration.
