Salmon noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 250 ml cream, or more
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some dill
  • some butter or olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, finely dice the onion and roughly dice the salmon. Sauté the onion in the butter or oil until translucent, add the salmon, and sauté for a few minutes. Then add the dill (wash and finely chop if it’s fresh), the cream, bring to a boil, and season.
