Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • ½ lettuce(s)
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 8 slices of toast
  • 4 slice(s) smoked salmon, 125 g each

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead the butter with grated horseradish and set aside. Wash and drain the lettuce and dill. Cut the crusts off the slices of toast and spread with horseradish butter. Arrange the lettuce leaves on top. Top half of the slices with salmon and dill. Place the remaining slices on top and cut diagonally into triangles. Arrange on a platter.
