- 2 Glasses Drained salsify preserve
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 50 g Diced pork belly
- 0,5 teaspoon Freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 300 g Potato freshly peeled
- Drain the salsify. Heat the oil with the bacon, add the flour and create a classic roux. Grate the nutmeg and let it simmer briefly.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Knead the mince, egg, diced onion and breadcrumbs to form a dough. Cut off small balls with a teaspoon and fry in very little fat, turn several times. I serve boiled potatoes with it.
