Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 ml hollandaise sauce
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp cream
- n. B. Sambal Oelek
- n. B. Fondor
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Delicious with schnitzel or chicken nuggets
Heat the hollandaise sauce in a saucepan. Add the tomato paste and cream, and season with sambal oelek and fondor, if desired. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
