Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 800 ml wine (sangria)
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 150 g strawberries, frozen
  • 150 g cherries (from the jar)
  • 1 peach(s), diced
  • 500 g gelling sugar (3:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring sangria, orange juice, and cinnamon stick to a boil. Let it steep for 30 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick. Add the thawed strawberries, cherries, peach, and gelling sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Pour into jars, seal, and let cool.
