Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 ml coconut milk
- ½ tbsp curry powder, (Madras Masala Curry)
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- ½ tbsp remoulade
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Coconut milk-based sauce
Heat the coconut milk and Madras Masala curry in a pan or saucepan. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil while stirring.
