Kiwi – lemon – parsley – jam

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 lemons
  • 3 limes
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 small bunch of parsley, flat
  • Allspice, ground
  • 300 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Juice the lemons and limes, reserving the pulp along with the juice. Peel the kiwis and pluck the parsley leaves from the stems. Blend everything in a food processor until smooth (makes about 350 g). Add coarsely ground allspice to taste. Mix with the gelling sugar and let it steep for a while. Boil for 3 minutes, pour into jars, and you’re done!
