Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) ham – sausage (approx. 1 cm thick) with skin
- pepper
- Salt
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and fry in a pan with oil until scrambled eggs are formed. Fry the sausages with the skin on in oil until they form small bowls. Transfer the sausages to a plate and place the scrambled eggs into the sausage bowls.
