Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg sausage (Lyoner), sliced
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • some broth
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Quarter the cucumber. Dice the bell peppers, finely slice the onion, and finely chop the chives. Combine all ingredients and season with spices.
