Ingredients
- 400 g Meat sausage
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- 3 Pc. Pickles
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 4 El White wine vinegar
- 4 El Cucumber liquid
- 4 El White wine
- 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Cut the meat sausage, if necessary the Emmental and the pickles into thin strips. You can save a lot of time here by using grated Emmental and sliced sausage strips. Cut the onion into small cubes. Chop the garlic very finely. Put everything in a bowl.
- Mix the mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar well in a separate bowl. Add the cucumber liquid, wine and oil. Stir.
- Add the vinaigrette to the salad and mix together. Let it flow. Preferably overnight. Before serving, you can sprinkle the salad with chives.
