  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • 3 Pc. Pickles
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 4 El White wine vinegar
  • 4 El Cucumber liquid
  • 4 El White wine
  • 5 tbsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the meat sausage, if necessary the Emmental and the pickles into thin strips. You can save a lot of time here by using grated Emmental and sliced ​​sausage strips. Cut the onion into small cubes. Chop the garlic very finely. Put everything in a bowl.
  • Mix the mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar well in a separate bowl. Add the cucumber liquid, wine and oil. Stir.
  • Add the vinaigrette to the salad and mix together. Let it flow. Preferably overnight. Before serving, you can sprinkle the salad with chives.
