  • 300 g sausage, finely cut or bought pre-cut
  • ½ small head of lettuce (lettuce)
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of garlic
  • 1 pinch(s) of herbs (kitchen herbs)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Sausage salad with a twist

First, combine all the ingredients for the sauce, then mix with the sausage, and finally, fold in the lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces. Note: I got the idea when I noticed the similarity of the sauces. This way, the sausage salad is enriched with vitamins. The sausage helps keep you from getting hungry so quickly.
