Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 25 g herb butter
  • 25 g tomato paste
  • 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 large onion(s) (approx. 75 g)
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tomato sauce quick and easy

Finely chop the onions and garlic clove and sauté in a pan. Add the passata. Stir in the ketchup, tomato paste, mustard, and herb butter. Bring the sauce to a boil briefly and season with salt and pepper. This sauce goes well with any type of pasta.
