Scalloped potatoes with turkey strips

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 potatoes, depending on size
  • 350 g turkey meat, cut into strips
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • e.g. cream
  • n. B. Cheese for topping
  • Butter for the mold
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly herbs
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes; they should be undercooked, but not too raw either. While the potatoes are cooking, brown the turkey strips and set aside. Mix the sour cream with the cream and season with pepper and salt (if desired, you can also stir in herbs and/or garlic). Grease a baking dish with butter. Peel and quarter the cooked potatoes. Place the potatoes and turkey strips in the baking dish and spread the sour cream mixture over them. Finally, sprinkle with the cheese and bake the whole thing at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
