Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 scallop(s)
- 16 slice(s) smoked bacon
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 50 g roe (sea urchin roe)
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wrap each scallop crosswise in bacon. Fry slowly in a heavy pan. The inside of the scallop should be translucent. Spoon over a spoonful of yogurt, scatter the sea urchin roe over the top, and serve.
