Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g currants, black
  • 250 g currants, red
  • 250 g nectarine(s) or peach(s)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • possibly strawberry syrup or cherry syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fruit salad black-red-yellow, seasonal in early summer for international football championships

Peel and pit the nectarines, and cut into small pieces. Wash the currants and remove the stems. Mix the fruit and add a little sugar. If the fruit salad is too tart for you, you can also add some strawberry or cherry syrup.
