Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 10 pork schnitzels (ridge schnitzel)
  • 10 slice(s) pork (lean pork belly)
  • 1 kg potatoes, diced
  • 500 g carrot(s), sliced
  • 300 g beans, chopped
  • Meat broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season and sear the rump schnitzel and pork belly. Place the vegetables in an ovenproof dish. Pour on well-seasoned, hot meat broth. Place the meat on top and cook in the oven at 200°C.
