Schnitzel – pineapple – casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 8 slices of pineapple
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 packs of sauce (cream sauce)
  • Soy sauce
  • rice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the schnitzel and season. Place it in the baking dish and top with pineapple and mushrooms. Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients and pour it over the schnitzel. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) for one hour, then serve with rice. Tip: You can also substitute canned peaches for the pineapple slices.
