Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 10 pork schnitzels
- 1,500 g minced meat
- 2 large jars of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 200 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
Cut the schnitzel into strips and layer them with the minced meat in an ovenproof dish. Mix the cream and paprika sauce and pour over the meat. Cook on the bottom rack of the oven at 170°C (340°F) top/bottom heat for about 1 1/2 hours.
