Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 800 g potatoes, cooked, sliced
  • ½ liter broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat and onions in 1 tablespoon of oil, add the potato slices, and pour in the broth. Season with paprika and add the bay leaf. Sauté for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle generously with parsley before serving. Serve with a green salad.
