Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g potatoes, young small
- 200 g beans, thick
- 250 g peas
- 250 g carrot(s) (roots)
- 250 g kohlrabi
- 250 g beans (bush beans)
- 1 liter of milk or cream
- Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- Ham
- Fish fillet(s) (matjes)

Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel, and slice. Clean and finely chop the beans, peas, roots, kohlrabi, and green beans, and cook in a little salted water. Heat the milk or cream with the parsley and butter, then add the potatoes and vegetables and season to taste. Serve with smoked ham and herring on a second plate. Schnüsch also freezes very well.
