Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ tomato(s)
- ½ pack of sheep’s cheese
- 2 slice(s) ham, raw
- 6 m.-sized eggs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the tomato half, the feta cheese, and the raw ham into small pieces. Whisk the eggs and stir in the tomatoes, feta cheese, and ham. Season with salt and pepper. Then stir everything together again. Heat the butter in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, and fry, stirring frequently, until softened or firmer, according to your taste.
