Self-made Majo
The perfect self-made majo recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Egg yolk
- 150 ml Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- Stir the egg yolks until foamy, adding the oil spoon by spoon, always wait until the mayo is emulsified, add a pinch of salt and you’re done. You can of course make this mayo with more oil, but then the color will slowly be lost.
