Semolina pudding for those in a hurry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of semolina porridge
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tsp agar-agar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine milk with cream, agar-agar, and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Stir in the semolina pudding and let it stand for about 2 minutes. Rinse small pudding molds with cold water and fill with the pudding. Then refrigerate and let it set. Turn out and serve with a sauce, if desired.
