Serbian scrambled eggs with cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 500 g feta cheese
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Kajgana sa sirom

Melt the margarine in a large pan. Crumble the cheese into it and fry briefly. Beat the eggs and pour over the mixture. Stir everything slowly until golden brown. Serve with fresh leaf salad and white bread.
