Sesame Chicken on Kohlrabi
The perfect sesame chicken on kohlrabi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Salt pepper
- 1 greater Kohlrabi fresh
- 100 g Sugar snap
- 2 tbsp Sesame
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 250 g Chicken fillets
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Light sauce thickener
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- Peel, wash, halve and slice the kohlrabi. Clean and wash the sugar snap peas.
- Put the kohlrabi in 100 ml boiling salted water and cook covered for about 8 minutes. Cook the sugar snap peas for about 3 minutes.
- Mix the sesame seeds and breadcrumbs. Wash the fillets and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Turn in the sesame and breadcrumbs mixture and press down. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Pour the milk into the vegetables, bring to the boil and thicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste with lemon juice.
