- 1 kg cucumber(s) or pickled cucumbers or zucchini
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp herb vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp mustard seeds

Crisp and tasty, without cooking or blanching, prepared in no time
Please use a tight-fitting container with a lid. Clean the vegetables and cut them to your liking. Quarter the onions. Put everything in the container and add the spices. Close the container with the lid and shake vigorously. Let it sit in the refrigerator. Delicious after just 12 hours. I’ve been looking for a recipe like this for a long time and finally found it at my grandma’s.
