Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 240 g sugar
  • 510 g flour
  • 20 g pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 6 tsp baking powder
  • 120 ml milk
  • 240 g margarine, soft
  • 850 g applesauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the sugar and eggs until frothy. Combine the pudding mix, flour, and baking powder, stir into the egg mixture, and stir in the milk and softened margarine. Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased baking sheet. Spread the applesauce evenly over the batter (otherwise, it will dent after baking). Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (top and bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
