  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 1 Pc. Red pepper
  • 30 g Olive oil
  • 275 g Long grain rice
  • 170 g Ajvar
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 550 g Water
  • 1 cube Vegetable broth
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • Pepper to taste
  • 175 g Frozen peas
  1. Cut the paprika into large pieces, halve the onion and chop both together with the olive oil and the clove of garlic on speed 5/5 seconds. Add the other ingredients except the peas and cook for about 25 minutes / speed 1/100 degrees / counterclockwise.
  2. Add the peas 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Then let the rice swell for at least 10-15 minutes.
  3. Instead of ajvar, you can also puree grilled peppers from the glass.
