Side Dish: Kohlrabi – Rice – Pan
The perfect side dish: kohlrabi – rice – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Long crown rice
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 piece Kohlrabi freshly diced
- 1 tbsp Vegetable salt to season
- 1 tbsp Ground pepper
- 1 ostrich Chopped fresh parsley
- Cook the rice in the broth.
- Add the kohlrabi pieces about 7 minutes before the end of the cooking time of the rice and finish cooking everything together.
- The rice absorbs all of the vegetable stock.
- Finally, season with vegetable salt, fold in the chopped parsley and round off with fresh pepper.
