Sigara Borek
The perfect sigara borek recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Yufka pasta sheets triangular
- 400 gr Feta cheese
- 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth
- 2 tbsp Black cumin
- 1 liter Sunflower oil
- Crumble the feta cheese, add chopped parsley and black cumin. Mix everything well.
- Take the Yufka pastry sheets out of the packaging and fill each one individually with the feta cheese mixture. Roll up the pastry sheets.
- Heat the oil and fry the cheese rolls on both sides. 3-4 minutes. After baking, allow to drain on a Zewa paper. Serve warm or cold! Have fun copying 🙂
