Sigara Borek

The perfect sigara borek recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Yufka pasta sheets triangular
  • 400 gr Feta cheese
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth
  • 2 tbsp Black cumin
  • 1 liter Sunflower oil
  1. Crumble the feta cheese, add chopped parsley and black cumin. Mix everything well.
  1. Take the Yufka pastry sheets out of the packaging and fill each one individually with the feta cheese mixture. Roll up the pastry sheets.
  1. Heat the oil and fry the cheese rolls on both sides. 3-4 minutes. After baking, allow to drain on a Zewa paper. Serve warm or cold! Have fun copying 🙂
