  • 450 ml buttermilk, warm
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 250 g flour, wheat flour (405)
  • 250 g flour, wheat flour (550)
  • ½ tsp yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add the ingredients one at a time to the oven. Program: normal. Browning: light. Tip: Add more liquid and/or flour if needed.
