Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper

Brown the chicken breasts in a pan and then place them in a casserole dish. Stir together the remaining ingredients and pour the sauce over the meat. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with (curry) rice. Tip: I usually make 4-5 times the amount of sauce because it’s incredibly delicious—and I’ve never had any leftovers! It’s easy to prepare the day before and is perfect for a relaxed meal with guests.
