Simple cream cheese and herb dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 20 g herbs, e.g. parsley, dill and chives
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 g sour cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and roughly chop the onion and garlic. Roughly chop the herbs as well. Place them in a tall bowl with all the other ingredients and puree with a hand blender.
